We like to think we’re perfect and we always endeavour to deliver a flawless service (no rubbish) but sometimes factors are out of our control.
Here are some terms and conditions to note should you need to return a product or have any questions about us at all.
We always welcome feedback and will happily chat on the phone so if you’re not 100% happy please don’t hesitate to give us a call.
We are constantly adding to our inventory in order to bring you the best products for the best possible price. We truly believe no one else has their finger on the pulse of bins like we do.
Occasionally demand may be so high that we run out of stock or rain stops play for our manufacturers. In these cases you’ll see a “temporarily out of stock” message next to the item. You then have an option to be notified as soon as we have one to send. As our catalogue of bins is so large we usually have very similar alternatives, so if you’d like help, give us a call and we’ll happily advise.
TNT, Nightfreight and Palletline handle all of our deliveries and we’re very pleased with the service they provide for our customers. Most deliveries do expect someone to be present to receive the products on the day. If for any reason these can’t reach you or they find an empty premises, they’ll leave a card with options. We’ll also get in touch to see when would be a better time to deliver.
Occasionally a redelivery charge may be incurred. At the point of order, you will receive clear details on the delivery, so you know when you need to be home.
Our couriers ask you to sign an agreement that you’re happy with the goods you’ve received. Therefor please check the contents properly before signing your name. If you’d still like to return products, get in touch. It can be done within 14 days and doesn’t affect your statutory rights. Contact us to discuss the return. You will be liable for delivery and returns costs. If the items are returned and are not faulty or damaged, we may charge a 10% handling fee to cover costs depending on circumstances.
Whether faulty or not, always ensure you receive proof of postage when returning an item to us as we can’t be held responsible for non-receipt of goods.
Once received and inspected, you will receive a full refund (minus any charges as detailed above) without delay.
Our products all come with at least one year guarantee against wear and tear, some even come with a 3 or 5 year guarantee. If you believe your product is is faulty within the guarantee period then please contact us for further instructions. The product will have to be returned to us at your own cost pending inspection to decide if the fault is due to wear and tear or misuse.
External Internet Influences
We supply bins to the trade and public, we do not manufacture all of them, therefore we can’t be held responsible for errors in the descriptions or pricing. If you do notice an error, contact us and we will change it ASAP.
We also include links to other websites to enrich the user’s experience, we have no control over external content and cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from these links.
We have special offers and updates that we like to make our customers aware of via email, we will never spam. However if you’d prefer not to receive any marketing messages please uncheck the box at checkout. In the unlikely event you still receive emails, contact us and we’ll rectify the problem.
We ensure your payments are entirely secure using one of the best payment solutions on the web. Sage pay uses encrypted data to keep your information safe and is recognised across the world.
Once you complete checkout with sage pay, we will be notified and your goods will be shipped. We’ll keep you in the loop at all times so you know when to expect your I’m Rubbish delivery.
