Do you accept Purchase Orders?
We do accept purchase orders from Schools, Public Sector Organisations and Hospitals. These customers will automatically be given 30 days credit.
Can you deliver on a weekend?
We can deliver on a Saturday but this is a premium service and is charged at £20 per order. Please call the office to see if this is possible on your selected order.
Can you deliver the next working day?
Providing we receive the order before midday this is possible in 90% of occasions and would cost a premium of £14 per order. To make sure this is possible please call the office or use the live chat option.
Can I return an item I do not want?
Of course you can, you have 14 days to return an item from receipt of goods. Simply call or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will give you the returns address to send the bins back to. You will receive a full refund as long as the bin reaches us in the same resalable condition that it arrived in. We would strongly advise you to use a delivery service that provides a tracking number should anything go missing. If the bin has been used then it cannot be returned as we are unable to sell it as new. If the bins have been received damaged or broken please notify us as soon as possible so that we may process a refund or replacement right away.
